The three highest rated videos will be selected as finalists. Each finalist will receive an X Games 13 gift pack including a skate deck, t-shirt, and ball cap. A Grand Prize winning video will be selected based on creativity, individual expression, thoughtful use of music, and positive viewer commentary. (Negative commentary doesn't apply.)
